Slider, Sketch and Signature Fields
There is little difference adding information to Slider, Sketch and
Signature fields on Palm OS and Pocket PC devices.
However, there are restrictions on sharing signatures and
sketch fields across platforms. You should avoid sharing data in these fields across
platforms because the Image and Sketch field dimensions are different.

Image Fields
You can attach an image from
your handheld to a record
in Pendragon Forms.
You can also capture a photo using the camera built into Palm
handhelds and Windows Mobile 5.0 handhelds.
After an image has been
attached to the Forms record, the image can be viewed in the record.
Some Palm OS devices may require an
extra program, JPEGlib.prc, to view .JPG image in Pendragon Forms.
This file is included with Pendragon Forms. On Palm OS devices,
the image file must be stored on a removable media card.
No additional files are are
required to view .JPG images on a Pocket PC.

Sections fields are ideal for adding decorative images to your form
design. Section fields can be used to create topic headings and
can also be used to make your customized buttons.
Although Palm OS devices and Pocket PCs have different screen
resolutions, Pendragon Forms decorative graphics appear the same on
either platform.
When you make a graphic for a standard or high resolution Palm OS
handheld, Pendragon Forms 5.1 automatically scales the picture up or
down for the PocketPC screen. You do
not need to create separate graphics for this platform.
